Thanks Vladimir! I’m basing my knowledge pretty much solely on Marshal Rosenberg’s book, which I’ve read 3 or 4 times. I’ve also done an NVC training workshop, which I’d highly recommend, being able to practice the framework ‘live’ with other people is very helpful! There are online NVC meet ups too I believe. In terms of related books, none come to mind, Rosenbergs insights into how needs drive emotions and is the source of most conflict and miscommunication is pretty unique to my knowledge.
Very interesting! I am a big fan of Marshal Rosenberg’s work on NVC. What other books would you recommend?
