Codex is a game changer
But some of the old rules remain
Playing with Codex this weekend has given me the feel for the future.
I can now effectively code a project in my spare time.
Not in the evenings, not at weekends, but in between meetings with my clients.
The old maker/manager rule that previously drastically impacted your ability to do hands-on coding when your day is segmented into hours no longer applies.
What’s fascinating is where the ‘new’ bottlenecks appear when code is no longer a scarce but abundant resource.
It’s actually in many of the same places it often is.
More tomorrow.
